These terms apply when you order export market research from Export India through www.export-bharat.com.
A research report for one HS code, containing five tables built from published international trade statistics:
You may order any number of codes. Each code is charged separately at the rate shown on the site at the time of your order.
We research the code you give us, exactly as given. We do not classify products and we do not verify that the code you supply is the correct one for your goods. Classification depends on your product's composition, form and end use, and the code that governs your consignment is the one your customs authority applies. If you supply a code that turns out not to describe your product, the research is still delivered as ordered.
Reports are delivered within 24 working hours of a confirmed order, by WhatsApp or email as you choose. Working hours exclude Sundays and public holidays. If a code needs clarification we will contact you the same working day; the 24-hour period starts once that is resolved.
Each report covers the most recent five years for which reporting countries have filed complete figures. International trade statistics are published with a lag of several months to a year depending on the country, so the latest year available on the day you order is the final column in your tables.
Figures are reported customs declarations. We do not estimate, model or forecast, and we do not alter reported numbers. Where a country does not appear in a ranking, we say so rather than substituting a figure.
The research describes what has been traded. It does not assess whether you can enter a given market, and a country in which India has little presence may have good reasons for that — certification requirements, freight economics, incumbent supply relationships, or price. Absence in the data is a reason to enquire further, not proof of an opportunity. Commercial decisions, and their outcomes, remain yours.
We give no warranty of business results, orders won, or revenue arising from use of the research.
The report is prepared for you and for use within your business. You may share it internally, with your advisers, and with your buyers. You may not resell it, publish it, or redistribute it as a product of your own.
We may update these terms. The version published on the day you order is the version that governs your order.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune have exclusive jurisdiction.

We collect as little as possible, and we do not sell any of it.
That is all. We do not ask for company documents, product photographs, export history, IEC details or bank details.
Your payment details never reach us. Card numbers, UPI credentials and bank information are handled entirely by Razorpay, our payment processor. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, and the transaction reference.
To prepare and deliver your report, and to reply to you about it. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with any third party for their own use.
We keep order records — your codes, contact details and the report delivered — for as long as needed to support you and to meet record-keeping obligations. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except where we are required to retain a transaction record.
This site sets no cookies of its own and has no login or tracking of individuals.
Write to dsr@export-bharat.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within seven working days.

This is a digital research service delivered within 24 working hours, so the window for cancelling is short and we would rather it were clear than generous-sounding and vague.
Message us on WhatsApp and if we have not begun compiling your tables, we refund the whole amount, no reason needed. In practice this means within a few hours of ordering.
Once delivered, the report has been supplied in full and cannot be returned, so we do not refund it. This is standard for digital products and it is why the complete sample report is published on the site before you pay: you can see exactly what you are buying.
If the code you supplied does not match your goods, the research was still carried out as ordered. We will re-run the correct code at half the usual rate, but the original order is not refunded. We research the code you give us, exactly as given — this is stated on the order page and in the terms.
We also cannot refund on the basis that the data was disappointing. The figures are what countries reported; we do not choose them, and a market that turns out to be smaller than you hoped is still an accurate answer.
Refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method. Razorpay typically credits within 5 to 7 working days, though your bank may take longer.
